Additional Info:
Day 1 Barrel set up
Volunteers are needed at Keiser Park and the Town Green
Help remove 225 half wine barrels from the storage containers and load them onto flatbed trailers/ trucks to transport them from Keiser Park to the Windsor Town Green. Lifting involved and you will get a little dirty so work clothes & work gloves are recommended!
Meet at the shipping containers in southwest corner of Keiser Park (dirt lot closest to WHS football field)
Additional flatbed trailers or trucks are a plus, contact Dennis Rutkowski if can bring a truck or trailer: 707-483-7322
Help unload & place 225 half wine barrels on the Town Green for the Charlie Brown Christmas Tree Grove! Lifting involved and you will get a little dirty so work clothes & work gloves are recommended! Lorene will have maps of where to place the barrels. Doilies and rolling carts are available for use.
For efficiency purposes the Keiser Park volunteers will start to bring over barrels an hour before the Town Green volunteers start. This staggered time will be more efficient so town green volunteers are not standing around and waiting for the barrells to be delivered.
Day 2 Tree Delivery
Help unload 225 trees from semi-truck on Market St. next to the Town Green, please bring work gloves. If you sign-up to help this date please be flexible as we don't have an exact time that the delivery will arrive, just the date and an approximate time frame. We will message the volunteers once we are updated on the day of delivery.
